What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Klarna and other payment methods. Your preferred payment method is not one of the above? Let us know.

Is my card information safe with you?

Most certainly is. We do not store ANY of your payment method details on our servers. In addition, we use high quality SSL Certificate and use only the most secure services on the market.

Orders

How do I make a purchase

For every purchase you should first add the products you want to buy to the cart with the "Add to Cart" button. When you are finished, you are going to the cart button on the top right corner and click the checkout button. Fill out the checkout information for the delivery, shipping method and payment and finish the order. 

Where is my order?

When we send the order you will receive a tracking code on the email you have given us. With this code you could track the order at any time.

Warranty

My device is broken, what should I do?

You need to go through the following steps:

1. Register your device for warranty (in case you still have not) - HERE 2. Activate your warranty by filling out this FORM 3. Return your broken device to one of the following addresses:

All the shipping costs are being carried by the customer.

The only exclusions are if the device was not working when received or breaks during the 30 days testing period.

How do I register for my warranty?

Where to find my unique code?

The unique code you are looking for is 9-digit number on the side of the box, under the barcode. On the label is written UNIQUE CODE. With that code and the other information you fill, you can register your product for warranty.

You can buy our products from our online store, as well as on Amazon, eBay and other online stores. You can find check if we are selling on a particular site here.

Return Policy

If however, you have a sudden change of mind, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
